We are seeking a Senior Controller to join our management team and help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.
As a key member of our team, you will support the Managing Director and management team on strategy and investments, collaborate with sales, purchasing, IT, and HR on financial topics, lead process improvement, and ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 2-3 FTE in the controlling team;
- Be a business partner to support the MD and management team on strategy and investments;
- (co-)leading projects such as ERP upgrade, legal structure review, and others;
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, IT, and HR on financial topics and lead as an example in process improvement;
- Ensure timely and accurately monthly reporting on actuals, forecast and budgeting;
- Prepare statutory accounts and act as the contact point for External Auditors, Bank, etc.
Requirements:
- >10 years of broad (international) finance experience;
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
- Has led or is leading a (small) finance team today;
- Easy accessible, social, and able to work hands-on in a medium-sized international oriented business;
- Quick thinker, able to manage day-to-day priorities;
- Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written);
- SAP experience preferred;
- External audit experience is a plus.
