As a Treasury Operation Analyst at Toyota Motor Finance you work in Amsterdam for a big international organisation in the automotive sector. The Treasury Operation Analyst will directly report to the Treasury Operations Manager and work closely with several subsidiaries of the organisation. Currently the Dutch back-office activities are being managed in the UK, their goal is to bring these activities to Amsterdam. you will be the first of three within this team. Toyota Motor Finance offers you the opportunity to work as part of an experienced and professional Treasury Hub. You will be responsible for a broad range of Back-Office Treasury tasks using technical tools to be as successful as possible.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated finance professional with preferably a treasury background with a good eye for details and the right attitude to go for the extra mile to be sure the requested deliverables are handed over timely.

Tasks and responsibilities
In the position of Treasury Operation Analyst you will be responsible for different topics:

  • You will be responsible for the settlement of all treasury transactions, think of Intercompany loans, swaps, foreign exchange but also bank loans and money market investments;
  • Further you will manage the production, circulation and completion of daily payments;
  • You will maintain but also develop procedures and associated documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulatory environments;
  • You will also be responsible for the management of the production, circulation and completion of the daily payments;
  • Further you will support the Treasury Team members as required.

Education and personal skills

  • Bachelor (HBO) or Master degree in a scientifically or financially orientated discipline (e.g. Finance or Mathematics);
  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of working experience;
  • Advanced business knowledge of Excel (reports);
  • Able to work under tight deadlines;
  • Analytical, pro-active and accurate;
  • Intercultural communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Toyota Motor Finance
The main activity of Toyota Motor Finance in Amsterdam, is to act as a group finance company for the whole Toyota Group. They raise funds by issuing bonds and notes in the international capital markets. With a team of 15 fte you will be responsible for a total assets under management of approximately EUR 13.9 billion. Toyota Motor Finance is responsible for executing the companies Risk Management programs that seeks to limit the adverse effects on its financial performance of those risks.
